HOA Amenities and Information
Neighborhood Watch
Our neighborhood watch team is a group of volunteers who drive throughout the neighborhood daily. They observe and report any problems with a resident’s house, any streetlights that are out, any hazards, etc.
If a crime is witnessed, call 911. Our team does not take any action other than reporting.
Boat Yard
Mariners Cove HOA members enjoy the luxury of on-site boat and trailer storage. Storage space is available on a first-come, first-served basis; placement is directed by the boat yard coordinator to maximize the available space. There is no cost for winter storage. Summer storage is $35 to cover the cost of site maintenance.
Boater Assistance
The HOA maintains a list of volunteers who are willing to rescue a boater who runs into trouble (break down, out of gas) in the back bays – Rehoboth Bay, Indian River Bay. This assistance is only available to HOA members and is dependent on the availability of the volunteers.
Resident Scholarship
Annually the HOA awards a scholarship to a full-time resident to help with developing new skills, advancing careers, or simply fulfilling personal goals. More details are announced each year that this amenity is funded by the HOA board.
