Welcome to the home of the Mariners Cove Home Owners Association (HOA), MCHOA. We are a a leased land HOA serving residents of the Mariners Cove on Rehoboth Bay community located in Long Neck (Millsboro) Delaware. Homeowners may register to create an account on the site which will allow you to login and view additional member-only content.
Why Join the HOA?
You and MCHOA can do what an individual homeowner can’t always do. When you come to us for help, we can put the strength of the MCHOA and the Delaware Manufactured Home Owners Association (DMHOA) to work for you. Together we provide a unified and respected front with Management, Government, and elsewhere. We know which meetings to attend, when to write letters (and, more importantly, where to send them), and what to say to whom. We are far stronger than any homeowner acting individually.
