Bulk Head Replacement Project Information

The MCHOA is providing this information which reflects our best understanding for the convenience of the residents. The HOA does not control the bulkhead project, residents should contact ELS directly for clarifications and the most recent information.

Bulkheads are being replaced starting with the Cove Drive marina and proceeding in sequence through the lagoons to Sussex Lane. Subject to a resident signing the ELS Release and Waiver of Liability, existing docks are to be replaced with a standard 5’x25′ dock.

Residents must complete the the ELS Structures and Enhancements form (available at the office) and receive approval to install additional items such as mooring whips or floating jet ski docks.
