About Us

If you’re like us, you chose to live in Mariners Cove because of its quiet residential seashore lifestyle. You have made a substantial investment in your property, one that depends on keeping Mariner’s Cove an exceptional community; a community we are all proud to be part of.

We are the Mariner’s Cove Homeowners Association (MCHOA), a volunteer group made up entirely of property owners like you. The association is a non-profit organization established for residents of Mariners Cove on Rehoboth Bay located in Millsboro, DE. Membership in the association is voluntary and open to all residents. You and MCHOA can do what an individual homeowner can’t always do. When you come to us for help, we can put the strength of the MCHOA and the Delaware Manufactured Home Owners Association (DMHOA) to work for you. Together we provide a unified and respected front with Management, Government, and elsewhere. We know which meetings to attend, when to write letters (and, more importantly, where to send them), and what to say to whom. We are far stronger than any homeowner acting individually.

This website is part of an effort by the MCHOA to increase communication with residents and our members. Our goal is to let you know about our own activities as well as about issues and events that affect residents of our neighborhood. Through this website, our Cove Beacon newsletter, community bulletin boards, and regular meetings, we will try to let you know about current events and issues as they happen. We hope everyone who lives in Mariner’s Cove will give us their current mailing and email addresses so that we can keep in touch with you.

The Mariner’s Cove Home Owners Association Board meets regularly in the clubhouse. Notices are posted on the bulletin board in front of the club house and at the mailboxes. All are welcome to attend.
